  6. For anyone who wants to use/manipulate image files in their own
  7. applications, this library makes it very easy.
  8.  
  9. imageio.library is a shared library that can be used to examine, load and
  10. save images. You can have multiple concurrent image objects and images can
  11. be scaled on loading (smaller). Image data can reside on disk or as rgb
  12. data in memory.

  14. Example programs included.

  16. ** Version 3.2 fixes a file format description bug.
